By accessing or using NextScan ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NextScan provides subdomain scanning, reverse IP lookup, and domain intelligence tools via a web interface and REST API.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any system
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Resell or redistribute scan results without permission
• Use automated tools to scrape the web interface (use the API instead)
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Accounts & API Keys

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. You must not share API keys with unauthorized parties. We reserve the right to revoke access for violations.

5. Payments & Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly via cryptocurrency. All payments are non-refundable. Plans can be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the billing period.

6. Data Accuracy

Scan results are provided "as is" without warranty of completeness or accuracy. Results depend on publicly available data and may not reflect real-time DNS changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

NextScan is not liable for any damages arising from the use of scan results. The Service is provided for informational and security research purposes only.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
